INSPECTION

• We offer third-party, independent inspection services that include but are not limited to:
• Manufactured / raw material verifications

ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION MONITORING

1. Long and rich experience in Monitoring, Analysis and preparation of report with recommendations on Ambient, Fugitive and Stack air Emissions control with respect to PM and all relevant gaseous pollutants. Numerous measurement has been done for various industries in India and abroad e.g. at Uganda, Kenya, Spain & Thailand.
2. Have own measuring instruments including in-house NABAL accredited laboratory and library.

SUPERVISION OF ERECTION, COMMISSIONING & TROUBLE SHOOTING -ROTATING EQUIPT

1. Supervision of Erection & commissioning, trouble shooting of Centrifugal Fans up to size of  11,00,000 M3 / Hr. including in-situ balancing and Performance Testing as per applicable Indian & International Standard.
2. Supervision of Erection, trouble shooting (vibration) of Motors up to 6.5MW.
3. Supervision of Erection, trouble shooting ( vibration) of Pumps having drive motors up to 1.35 MW.
4. Supervision of Erection, trouble shooting ( vibration issues) of Compressor up to 1.4 MW motor.
5. Trouble shooting ( vibration & balancing ) of Turbine up to 100MW.
6. Above services are spread across various industries viz. Steel, Cement, Power, Mines, Paper, Aluminium, Automobiles, Petrochemicals  etc. in India & abroad i.e. at UAE, Bahrain, Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
